Danger to Methodist Minister

He has been threatened through telephone, motorcycle gang and also through the police.

I want to bring your notice of the plight of the Trincomalee Methodist Supt. Minister, Rev. Swarnarajah.

He is one of the witness to the events around the killing of the Action Contre le Faim (ACF) staff in Muthur last year. He gave witness to the Presidential Commission about what happened prior to the killing.

He has been threatened through telephone, motorcycle gang and also through the police. Last week he got an information that police are planning to plant a 'claymore mine' in his church home.

Now he has fled to Colombo.

There was an article in 'Thinakural' of 28.04.2008, about Rev. Swarnarajah's witness statement.

This is for your information & further action please.
