Dear All,

Today Mathalan hospital received 52 civilian causalities including 12 under 15 year children.

5 died after admission.

ICRC patients transportation ship ‘’Green Ocean’’ arrived and 440 are first time going to Pulmoddai Indian Military team hospital.

Drugs were not sent to Mathalan hospital and doctors not reported duty because of non- availability of medicines.

Food loaded ship will come tomorrow.

People are busy with rearranging bunkers.
