Sri Lanka: Justice for Ragihar Manoharan Given the long history of impunity in Sri Lanka, we are also calling on the United Nations to (1) conduct an international investigation into all reported crimes under international law committed in Sri Lanka, including the killing of the “Trinco Five,” (2) make the results public, and (3) ensure that those responsible are prosecuted in fair proceedings."
