Well! Well! Decades of moral integrity exhibited by the Hoole Brothers (Rajan and Ratnajeevan) had burst like a pricked balloon, in a recent exposure. Will you be surprised now to hear the news, where the nit-picking and nasty Hoole Brothers had landed in their quest for international recognition and avarice? They stand exposed now in the notorious Jeffrey Epstein files, released recently by the US Depart of Justice.
Few days ago, one of my London sources sent a mail, providing details that the names of Hoole Brothers appear in three of the Epstein file database. Two files are email communications, and one is a draft, related to these two items. Details are,

The one line message is faithfully reproduced, and the spelling in small case letters, are as in the original. Epstein has NOT identified himself by last name or first name or initial or nick name.
My Interpretation of this Exchange
The attached list of scholars, sent by Cynthia Reed to Dr. Henry Jarecki contains the names of 10 individuals, followed by their country of origin with a scholar code number, discipline and profile (tagged as ‘Report’). Hoole brothers are numbers 9 and 10 in the list. These are as follows:

Michael Richard Hoole carries the popular name Rajan Hoole. This is NOT indicated in the document. Now, I provide the profiles (‘Report’) of the Hoole brothers in the document. Few details provided for Rajan Hoole is new to me (as well as many others), related to his activities during 2004 and 2006. This is because, he was wise enough to hide his tracks. His Wikipedia profile (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rajan_Hoole, as accessed on Feb. 9, 2026) do NOT provide these details about his link to the Dept of Mathematics, Harvard University. The connection between Harvard academics (including that of ex-President Lawrence H. Summers) and the pedophilic offender Epstein is already well known.
‘Report’ for Michael Richard Hoole in the Epstein File document
“With a doctorate in mathematical logic from Oxford University, this scholar taught mathematics at the University of Singapore before returning home to take up a position as Senior Lecturer in mathematics at the University of Jaffna. At the time of his return to Sri Lanka in 1986, the continuing civil war between the Sri Lankan state and minority Tamil militant groups was at a period of intense hostility. In this environment he and colleagues at the University of Jaffna founded the University Teachers for Human Rights – Jaffna (UTHR). Their reports on human rights violations were circulated widely, but as a result of their reporting, a colleague was murdered in 1989. Ultimately, the scholar received death threats and narrowly evaded abduction. In 2004, he was selected for a fellowship at Harvard University, which then nominated him to SRF for continuing support as he could not return safely to Sri Lanka at that time. SRF awarded a fellowship for the 2005-2006 academic year to continue at Harvard’s Department of Mathematics. The scholar has returned to the region but SRF has received reports that he has not been able to return to Sri Lanka, and that he and his family continue to receive threats.”
I’m not sure what the abbreviation SRF stands for. It may be Senior Research Fellow, or something else as a code word, which Jeffrey Epstein could comprehend. This SRF abbreviation is also used for other mentioned scholars – Maimul Khan (“Thanks to SRF”), Prosper Nobirabo (“An SRF fellowship in October 2005, renewed in 2007, supported this scholar’s independent research…”), Saad Eddin Ibraham (“The SRF awarded a fellowship…”), Hadi Hadizade Yazdi (“In 2004, the SRF arranged a position for him at Ohio University…”), Javad Tabatabai (“With SRF support for a fellowship at Syracuse University’s…”), Shemeem B Abbas (“The SRF awarded her a fellowship in February 2004 at the University of Texas…”). My guess is, this ‘SRF’ program of funding for scholars was sponsored by one of Epstein’s tentacles in the American academia. As such as, Rajan Hoole, and six other scholars were beneficiaries of this SRF program.
A total of seven among the ten listed scholars in the attached document, were sponsored by the SRF funding.
Then, a question arises, about the secrecy component of Rajan Hoole. If he was not physically present in Sri Lanka (and that too, not either in Jaffna region or Batticaloa region) and was staying in USA between 2004 and 2007, how he was able to collect and author UTHR (J) bulletins, from number 36 (dated May 29, 2004) to number 45 (dated March 27, 2007)? Hoole may wiggle out by indicating that Kopalasingham Sritharan, his fellow partner in crime, was in the field to collect information. It may be a plausible gambit. But, this Sritharan was also in ‘hiding somewhere’ and not to be seen openly. So much, for the authenticity of their reports, special reports and bulletins.

“This scholar is a senior professor of electrical and electronic engineering with more than 30 years of teaching and research experience. His specialty is in computing, with a research focus in electromagnetic field computation/electrical product design. He holds a D.Sc (Doctor of Science) from a university in the U.K. and a Ph.D from a university in the U.S. Among other international posts, he has held the UNESCO Chair in Information Technology at a university in Sri Lanka. He has authored several books and over 100 journal articles in his field of engineering as well as in the humanities and social sciences. In March 2005, the scholar was appointed Vice Chancellor at the University of Jaffna, a move that was countered by much opposition from groups sympathetic to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in a part of the country that has been plagued by a long-term cessation conflict. This scholar was warned not to take up the position by groups believing that he was sympathetic to the University Teachers for Human Rights, Jaffna (UTHR-J), which reported on human rights abuses committed by those on all sides of the conflict, including alleged abuses of the LTTE. Fearing for his safety, the scholar and his wife fled to the U.S. where he served as a visiting professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Drexel University through the spring term 2007. The scholar has taken up a full professorship at the Reinsellar Polytechnic Institute’s Hartford campus.”
The polytechnic Institute’s name is misspelled in the document. It is Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. And Ratnajeevan Hoole is one of the three scholars who was NOT included in the SRF funding. One particular difference between the profiles of Rajan Hoole and Ratnajeevan Hoole is visible. LTTE is prominently mentioned twice in Ratnajeevan Hoole’s ‘report’, but not indicated in Rajan Hoole’s ‘report’.
My Analysis on the activity of Hoole Brothers, as reported in these two documents
Date: Documents are dated in January 2010. This is after the defeat of LTTE by the SL government forces. For Rajan Hoole, the funding from the SL government sources had probably dried up. So, Rajan Hoole was in need of continuing is ‘work on human rights abuse’. The phony moralists were prospecting and crap shooting for American dollars for their continued sustenance, from a notorious American sex-trafficking criminal. Date wise, this fact itself is repulsive. In 2008, Jeffrey Epstein had pleaded guilty and was sentenced for soliciting sex from teenage girls, and served 13 months in custody. From Epstein’s email response to Cynthia Reed, dated Jan 21, 2010, we learn he had a spooky handle – . First three alphabets jee standing for Jeffrey Edward Epstein, then the word ‘vacation’. For the branded human rights activists like Hooles, to ignore this fact and to solicit funds from the tentacles of criminal Epstein, for their ‘research’ is nothing but a despicable deed.
Consolation: Hoole Brothers can console themselves with the fact they are in good company with hypocrites like Donald J Trump, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, film actor-director Woody Allen, linguist Noam Chomsky, Harvard attorney Alan Dershowitz, and Nobel Physics laureate Murray Gell-Mann.
As a joke I may suggest that, Hoole Brothers can carry a placard in their neck, that their ‘funding plea was REJECTED by Epstein’. Among the 10 scholars, Epstein had chosen only one among the proposed ten.
About Dr. Henry Jarecki: The first email from Cynthia Reed to Mr. Epstein. Mentions one Dr. Jarecki. He is Henry Jarecki, a conduit of Epstein. Wikipedia profile of this Dr Jarecki identifies him as a German-born American academic (b. April 15, 1933) with multiple activities – psychiatrist, entrepreneur, movie producer and philanthropist. While searching for details with the keyword ‘Sri Lanka’ for the released Epstein files, I located one email correspondence between Epstein and Dr. Henry Jarecki, dated April 21, 2009. This is labeled EFTA 02444716.pdf – Data Set 11
Here, Epstein makes a passing reference to ‘Tamil women narratives in Sri Lanka’. The released text, reads as follows. It has NO details under ‘subject’ heading.
Spelling errors and dots are reproduced as in the original. Epstein do not use conventional format of capitalizing the place names.

For this email, Dr. Henry Jarecki provides the following reply.

I am as we speak, in a scientific advisory board meeting where the bites they are discussing are far smaller than the effect of storage on mackerel, a matter of urgency to farmers, grocers, housewives, economists, all of who will use it for their benefit and some of whom will use it as further stepping stones to more ideas and studies.”
Well, Dr Jarecki had side stepped the issue of ‘suppression of Tamil women narratives in sri lanka’ mentioned by Epstein, other than answering point number 1 mentioned by Epstein, about storage of mackerels. But, the big question remains unanswered. WHO provided information about the theme of ‘suppression of Tamil women narratives in Sri Lanka’ to criminal Epstein? Was it from any of the identified sources in the Epstein file documents? and for what reasons they were passed to Epstein?
