TCEF – Brightening our children’s future
A nation’s most precious resource is its children. The armed conflict in Sri Lanka, along with a decade-old, state-enforced economic embargo has literally and figuratively devastated this resource. Presently, there is a climate of positive change and with the development of the Tamil homeland and peace looming in the horizon, it is paramount that measures be taken to ensure the well being of our homeland’s most valued resource – the children.
The Tamil Children’s Endowment Fund (TCEF) is holding a General meeting on Sunday the 16th of May, 2004 at 10:00 AM at 1450 Midland Avenue, Suite # 203 Midland and Lawrence (Northwest Corner), Toronto, Canada to discuss its activities with the public.
